International Shipping
- International shipping is available worldwide, but please contact us prior to confirming your order so we can advise the shipping costs
Collection
- Collection is goods is with prior agreement only
- Goods marked for pick up please call 0416 157 466 prior to arrange collection date/time
Returns Policy
- If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number.
- E-mail us in the first instance outlining your problem. Include the following information: Invoice number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number. Also let us know whether your preference is replacement or refund.
